Refund Policy

    1. Scope

    This policy applies to payments for TallerKing subscriptions (workshop management software plans) processed through our platform. It does not cover repair services, parts, or charges made by workshops to their end customers; those are governed by the agreement between the workshop and its client.

    2. Free trial

    If your plan includes a free trial, no charge is made until the trial ends or you activate a paid plan. You may cancel before the trial ends at no cost from Account → Subscription or by contacting us.

    3. Right of withdrawal

    Where applicable consumer protection rules for distance contracts apply, you may request contract withdrawal within 10 (ten) calendar days from purchase, provided you have not started substantial use of the paid service. After that period, or if paid use was significant, the cancellation and partial refund conditions below apply.

    4. Subscription refunds

    We review refund requests in the following cases:

    • First plan charge: request within 7 calendar days of payment, without intensive plan use (beyond reasonable testing).
    • Duplicate charge or billing error: refund of the undue amount once verified.
    • Prolonged service outage attributable to TallerKing and not resolved within a reasonable time: we may offer credit or a prorated refund as appropriate.

    Approved refunds are processed through the same payment method used (e.g. Mercado Pago) and may take 5 to 15 business days to appear, depending on your bank and payment processor.

    5. Non-refundable cases

    Refunds do not apply when:

    • The billing period has fully elapsed and the service was available.
    • Cancellation is due to breach of our Terms of Service by the user.
    • Payment relates to a plan largely consumed or used add-ons.
    • Payment was made more than 60 days ago and is not a demonstrable error on our side.

    6. Subscription cancellation

    You may cancel auto-renewal at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; paid plan access usually remains until the end of the period already paid. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current period unless section 4 applies.

    7. How to request a refund

    Email tallerkingpro@gmail.com with:

    • Your TallerKing account email
    • Workshop name
    • Payment date and amount
    • Mercado Pago payment ID (if available)
    • Reason for the request

    We will respond within 5 business days with a resolution or next steps.

    8. Policy changes

    We may update this policy. The current version will always be published on this page. Changes do not retroactively affect requests submitted under the previous version.
